How it works

• Place your order and choose your number of people and format
• Send a high-resolution photo by email to ellieg893@gmail.com with your name and order number
• A proof will be sent for your approval before the final illustration is either emailed as a high-quality PNG or posted as a physical print

Want a detailed background?

Add our Detailed Background Add-on (£10) to your cart alongside your portrait order and include your background details in the order notes or by email. A plain background colour is included as standard.

About the prints

• All portraits are hand-drawn illustrations
• Physical prints are printed on premium matte paper and posted in a cardboard-backed envelope
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for completion, plus 1–3 days for delivery
